Business Foundations

Foundations / light implementation
From $800 AUD
A practical, done-with-you foundations package that sets up your core workflows, file structure, tools, and starter documentation so your business can run cleanly from day one – or reset after years of ‘winging it’. We keep it tight: a 1–2 week engagement, 2–3 core workflows, a lean tool stack, and documentation you’ll actually use.
Best If You:
  • are starting a new business and want to do it properly
  • have messy or non-existent foundations and everything ‘lives in your head’
  • want simple, reliable structure before you hire or grow further
Service — S2

Operations Health Check

Diagnostic only
$1,200 AUD
A short, sharp diagnostic of what’s slowing your business down – and what to fix first. We review 3–5 critical workflows, highlight friction and waste, check your key tools at a high level, and give you written findings, a prioritised action plan, and a 30-minute findings call to walk you through it. No implementation – just clear, practical recommendations.
Best If You:
  • know things feel clunky but aren’t sure why
  • want a second set of eyes on your operations before changing anything
  • need a plain-language action plan, not a 60-page report

Ongoing Operational Support

Existing clients only
From $1,200 AUD every 4 weeks
Reliable monthly operational support to keep your systems tight, your team aligned, and your documentation current – with clear limits on what’s included. For existing OSG clients, we act as your fractional ops partner, focusing on the workflows and tools we’ve already set up together: checking how they’re performing, updating SOPs, supporting your team, and delivering one contained monthly improvement sprint.
Best If You:
  • have already worked with OSG on foundations, a Health Check, or an implementation project
  • don’t want to slip back into old habits once things are running well
  • want a fractional ‘ops person’ to maintain and lightly improve your system without another full-time hire
